1. JP-5000HP-HVLF Spray Gun

It is a high-speed, high-pressure liquid fuel system in which the combustion chamber pressure reaches as high as 120 psi (8.27 bar). After the fuel is atomized and mixed with oxygen, it enters the combustion chamber through nozzles, producing a stable, clean, and well-balanced combustion flame.

Powder is drawn into the supersonic jet and low-pressure region formed at the nozzle outlet. The powder is uniformly mixed and, carried along with the airflow, reaches the substrate layer. This pressure is converted into a high-speed flame, thereby enhancing the coating’s hardness, density, and bonding strength.

2. Control cabinet; DF-2210

The DF-2210-M control cabinet system brings together all components and provides the necessary control and interlocking devices to ensure simple, stable, and safe operation.

The DF-2210 was designed using the finest components to ensure trouble-free operation.

During the spraying process, the spray gun can be operated via another main control panel.

This controller can be connected to other safety interlock devices, such as doors, dust collectors, or robotic arms, to prevent spray gun malfunctions at an early stage.

The system also provides a fault signal if any operational fault or parameter specification is exceeded.

It includes an intelligent logic system that automatically shuts off the spray gun whenever a safety hazard occurs—for example, when the gas pressure exceeds the operating range or when backfire occurs due to flame extinction. To facilitate troubleshooting of these issues, relevant information is displayed on the PLC and can be monitored via the PLC. Moreover, these fault signals can trigger external alarms or activate external control systems.

3. Powder feeder; PF-3350-A

  Supersonic Powder Feeder PF-700

The PPF-3350-A powder feeder is specially designed for use with the HP-HVLF automatic spraying control cabinet.

This is a precise powder feeder; the feeder delivers powder into the container via a powder-feeding gas.

The powder is filled into the cavities of the powder wheel, which rotates at a predetermined speed.

The powder rotating disc draws powder from the powder feed hose in the hopper and delivers it to the spray gun via a powder-feeding gas. The amount of powder supplied is controlled by adjusting the rotational speed of the powder supply wheel/disk.

The PF-3350-A powder feeder, when used with the DF-2210 control cabinet, can be controlled either via the control panel or independently.

Powder feeding is controlled by an AC variable-speed drive system, and the rotational speed of the feeding disc is displayed digitally.
