The AT-3000 plasma control system is Thermach’s flagship product. This system is easy to use and safe to operate. For applying high-quality plasma coatings, the AT-3000 is an excellent choice. The AT-3000 plasma spraying system consists of five main components: the AT-1000 power supply, the AT-2000 arc starter, the AT-3000 control cabinet, the AT-1200 powder feeder, and the SG-100 spray gun. At the heart of the system are the AT-3000 control cabinet and the SG-100 spray gun. This system has undergone rigorous, almost stringent GE certification and features a wealth of practical and versatile functions, including touch-screen technology, automatic start-up and shut-down programs, an automatic preventive maintenance system with a built-in timer, as well as a range of integrated program alarms and warning functions.

1. AT3000 Plasma Spraying System
The AT-3000 plasma control system features a carefully thought-out design that places great emphasis on ease of use and operational safety. Equipped with PLC and touch-screen controls, the system offers users a wide range of functions to facilitate the operation of plasma spraying equipment. The current of the AT-1000 power supply is controlled in a closed-loop manner by the console, enabling real-time monitoring of both the power supply voltage and the plasma igniter voltage. When used with the AT-1200 powder feeder, the AT-3000 controls its closed-loop RPM powder feed rate. The AT-2000 arc starter is a solid-state, high-frequency ignition device powered by the console; it requires no adjustments and is ready for immediate operation. The console also provides optional interface features to integrate customer-supplied equipment, such as booth ventilation switches, external emergency stop switches, and operational controls. To assist users in operating the system, we offer a console pre-programmed with automatic start/stop sequences, preventive maintenance alarms equipped with timers, maintenance screens for calibration and system setup, as well as a comprehensive set of built-in process alarms and warnings.
The system has been designed with safety considerations fully in mind, allowing for the safe use of hydrogen as a secondary gas. The AT-3000 features a state-of-the-art, industry-leading built-in user-safe operation purification system that ensures maximum safety. This purification system enables users to bring the console into a safe state upon activation. All components of the system are engineered such that, during the purification process, all electronic signals and both the input and output power supplies to the AT-3000 controller are completely shut down—guaranteeing that no hazardous conditions remain before purification is complete. From alarms and warning devices—including an automatic safety shutdown procedure—to external components that transmit alarm feedback to the console, the AT-3000 system has been meticulously designed to ensure operational safety, reliability, and ease of use.

5. AT-1200 Powder Feeder

The Thermach AT-1200 rotary powder feeder boasts unparalleled quality and remarkable reliability. Leveraging advanced technology and electronic control, the AT-1200 is both affordable and dependable. The electronic control center is a digital closed-loop controller that delivers precise and stable wheel speeds. Simply enter the desired rate into the controller to set the rotation speed. When the AT-1200 is set to powder-feed mode, the feed rotation speed automatically adjusts to the programmed value with exceptional accuracy, measured in revolutions per minute (RPM). In addition to these features, the AT-1200 rotary powder feeder offers a wide range of other capabilities, including:

Features:
The SG100’s unique design allows it to employ either internal or external powder feeding. Material specialists can develop a reasonable powder-feeding mode based on the coating performance requirements. Additionally, the two internal powder-feed ports of the SG100 can be used independently; when used simultaneously, they can achieve a higher spraying speed and enable the simultaneous mixing of different materials within the plasma jet. The external powder-feed port can also replace the internal one, and the internal and external powder-feed ports can be used in combination as well.
By adding optional accessories, the SG100 can be easily assembled into an extended-nozzle spray gun suitable for 2086 and 2700 models. It can also be modified into a 90° SG-100 spray gun, enabling spraying at different nozzle diameters to meet various application requirements. Below is a diagram of the 90° SG100 plasma gun.
