The SX-80 plasma spraying equipment manufactured by Guangzhou Sanxin is being used in Xianyang, Shaanxi Province, for spraying zirconia powder onto aerospace components. This equipment features an extended inner-bore gun for plasma spraying. The inner-bore spray gun developed by our company can handle inner-diameter spraying applications with diameters ranging from 100 mm and lengths exceeding 1700 mm.

The SX-90 plasma control cabinet is equipped with Alicat mass flow meters imported from the U.S. for precise control. It comes with an imported SG-100 plasma spray gun. An extra “Water, Electricity, and Gas Safety Center” is specially configured. All key core components are 100% brand-name imports, eliminating customers’ worries about after-sales service.

The SX-80 heat exchanger, also known as a chiller or water cooler, is primarily used to cool distilled water that has been passed through a spray gun. After undergoing heat exchange via the refrigeration principle, the cooled distilled water—now at a lower temperature—is recirculated back into the spray gun, effectively cooling it and ensuring that the spray gun maintains an optimal operating temperature at all times, thereby extending the lifespan of the nozzle. The dual-compressor drive design reduces the overall size of the unit, freeing up more space for you.
