The Samsung Thermal Spraying Plant, a subsidiary of our company, began implementing thermal spraying technology in 1978. Over nearly three decades and through the efforts of two generations, we have made significant progress in areas such as the development of thermal spraying equipment, thermal spraying materials, and the research and application of thermal spraying processes. Today, we have become a well-known enterprise in China’s surface engineering sector, having achieved remarkable project accomplishments in fields including power generation, bridge construction, municipal infrastructure, papermaking and printing, as well as petroleum, chemical industry, and metallurgy.

The founder of Guangzhou Sanxin Metal Technology Co., Ltd., whose parents are professors at Hunan University of Technology and heads of the Surface Technology Research Institute, graduated from university in 1989 and followed his parents to study and research thermal spraying technology. In 1996, he established Sanxing Spraying Factory, and in 2006, he founded Guangzhou Sanxin Metal Technology Co., Ltd. Throughout his more than 20-year career in the thermal spraying industry, he has consistently focused on research and technology promotion centred on thermal spraying technology.

Research Achievements: Participated in over 10 national research projects on thermal spray surface technology, achieving numerous scientific results in the development of thermal spray materials, equipment, processes and applications, and conducting much pioneering research, resulting in a series of scientific accomplishments.

Contribution to the Promotion of Thermal Spraying: In long-term practical applications of thermal spraying, great enthusiasm has been devoted to the promotion of thermal spray technology in China, making corresponding contributions to promoting internationally advanced thermal spray technology in the country.
