SX-6016 Subsonic Flame (Powder) Spraying System

This is a versatile spraying system suitable for any flame-spraying equipment. It enables highly precise control over various parameters of the flame-spraying process—such as pressure and flow rate. Once the desired gas parameters have been pre-set, the system automatically carries out the entire process—from ignition and operation to powder feeding—according to the programmed sequence. If the pressure of any gas falls below the set value, the system will issue an audible and visual alarm, alerting the operator to adjust or replace that particular gas.

The SX-6015 subsonic flame wire-spraying system is a wire-fed spray gun that uses an oxygen-acetylene flame as the heat source for spraying and compressed air as both the wire-feeding power and the atomizing gas source. Since it relies on compressed air for wire feeding, it places high demands on the stability of both the pressure and flow rate of the compressed air.
