Spray coating processing SPRAY PROCESSING
SX-80 Plasma Spraying Equipment
The SX-80 plasma spraying equipment manufactured by Guangzhou Sanxin is being used in Xianyang, Shaanxi Province, for spraying zirconia powder onto aerospace components. This equipment features an extended inner-bore gun for plasma spraying. The inner-bore spray gun developed by our company can handle inner-diameter spraying applications with diameters ranging from 100 mm and lengths exceeding 1700 mm.
Plasma-sprayed ceramic wear- and corrosion-resistant coatings for chemical process pipelines and reactor vessels
Plasma spraying is a technique used for surface strengthening and surface modification of materials. It employs a plasma arc powered by direct current as a heat source to heat ceramic materials to a molten or semi-molten state, then sprays them onto the pre-treated surface of a workpiece at high velocity, thereby forming a firmly bonded surface layer. Ceramic coatings prepared by plasma spraying exhibit high bonding strength, low porosity, and low surface roughness, making them increasingly widely used in repair and reinforcement applications across various industries.
New-energy powder mixing equipment for spraying silicon carbide coatings
Guangzhou Sanxin Silicon Carbide Coating Spraying and Processing—The “Wear-Resistant and Anti-Stick Core Solution” for New Energy Powder Mixing Equipment New energy powder mixing equipment often encounters challenges such as wear caused by high-hardness powders, material adhesion and agglomeration on vessel walls, and corrosion from aggressive media. Manufacturer-supplied arc-sprayed glass products, arc-sprayed magnetic-conductive coatings for glass, spray-on fusion-coated glass processing.
Guangzhou Sanxin Glass Products Arc-Sprayed Magnetic-Coating: Employing arc-spray technology, high-speed particle streams are uniformly deposited onto the glass surface, forming a dense magnetic-coating layer. Strong Adhesion—No Peeling: The coating exhibits adhesion strength exceeding 70 MPa and remains bubble-free and crack-free even after repeated thermal shock cycles. Magnetic Properties as Stable as Iron: High permeability and low hysteresis loss. All-Scenario Durability and Resistance: Resistant to high temperatures for long-term use and immune to rust even after prolonged immersion in saltwater.
Plasma-sprayed titanium-aluminum oxide cookware
Guangzhou Sanxin Cookware—Aluminum Oxide-Titanium Coating by Spray Deposition Utilizing the SX-80 plasma spraying system, the powder is fully melted, resulting in a coating-substrate bond strength of ≥70 MPa—40% higher than that achieved by conventional spraying processes. The coating boasts exceptional hardness and wear resistance, with a surface hardness reaching HV800–1463, three times that of standard ceramic coatings, effectively eliminating the risk of coating flaking or peeling. It offers superior high-temperature and corrosion resistance, ensuring that the coating remains undamaged even under high-temperature stir-frying and deep-frying conditions.
Plasma-sprayed zirconia-graphite cartridge coating
Guangzhou Sanxin Graphite Casing Coating with Zirconia Using plasma spraying technology, yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) is densely bonded onto the graphite surface, forming an ultra-hard protective layer. This coating offers excellent resistance to high temperatures and thermal shock, making it ideal for applications involving significant temperature fluctuations—such as those encountered with cemented carbides and lithium-battery materials. The coating exhibits anti-adhesion and anti-carbonization properties, with a highly polished surface finish. During cemented carbide sintering, the diffusion of the bonding phase is reduced by more than 90%. It boasts outstanding corrosion resistance, effectively resisting aggressive corrosive media such as hydrofluoric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid.
Plasma-sprayed zirconia manufacturer supplies wear-resistant and corrosion-proof yttrium-zirconia coating surface treatment for wholesale spraying.
Guangzhou Sanxin Plasma-Sprayed Zirconia Using the SX-80 plasma spraying system, the coating achieves a microhardness of HV1200–1463, which is four times that of ordinary stainless steel and 1.2 times that of tungsten carbide coatings. Superior wear resistance: Exceptional resistance to erosion—under highly abrasive conditions such as mud and sand particles, the wear rate is reduced by 80% compared to conventional chrome-plated coatings. Leading high-temperature and corrosion resistance: The pure chromium oxide coating can withstand temperatures up to 1200℃. Outstanding chemical stability: In hydrofluoric acid (HF) environments, its service life is five times longer than that of enamel-lined linings.
