Spray coating processing SPRAY PROCESSING

Tungsten carbide spray-coated wire-drawing tower, wire-drawing cylinder spray coating processing, and wear-resistant spray coating processing for take-up reels.

By employing the supersonic flame spraying process to coat the surfaces of parts such as drawing machine tower pulleys, guide pulleys, wire-drawing cylinders, winding reels, and guide grooves with tungsten carbide ceramic coatings, the surface hardness can reach HRc75—significantly higher than the wear resistance of tool steels or chilled cast irons.

Laser wheel coated with ceramic

Parts such as wire-drawing wheels, wire-drawing tower pulleys, wire-drawing cylinders, winding reels, and guide grooves used in metal wire-drawing equipment are coated with carbide ceramic coatings on their surfaces. For workpieces with particularly high wear resistance requirements, imported supersonic equipment can be used to apply tungsten carbide (hard alloy) coatings, achieving a hardness of up to HRC7.5.
