Product Description
1. Spray-coated using the JP8000 supersonic equipment imported from the United States.
2. Made from German Staco tungsten carbide material,
3. The tungsten carbide coating has a hardness of HV1380 or higher and a coating thickness of 250 μm or greater.
4. Roller specifications: φ800 mm, linear speed: 1–80 m/min, ellipticity and taper ≤ ±0.002 mm.
5. New roller coating manufacturing and restoration of tungsten carbide coatings on old electrode roller surfaces,
6. Through comparative analysis with multiple electrode sheet rolling mills and in alignment with the requirements of battery manufacturers, we have developed a battery electrode sheet roll coating with high precision and high strength. This coating also enables precise control over the electrode sheet’s shape, significantly improving the issue of uneven thickness—where the center of the electrode sheet is thicker while the edges are thinner—caused by deflection and deformation of the rolls during the rolling process.
