Obvious advantages of imported arc spray guns:
1. The nozzle section of the imported arc spray gun consists of an air cap and a atomizing cover. The air cap comes in various diameters, and around the air cap there is a ring of air holes that generate an airflow to compress the electric arc, thereby making the spray flame more concentrated. The atomizing cover can be either cross-shaped, straight-line, or plum-blossom-shaped (see the accompanying figures below).
2/ Depending on the different wire materials and process parameter requirements, the air cap and atomizing nozzle can be combined and matched in various ways to produce distinct spray flame patterns and coating results. This approach can elevate the arc temperature, enhance the atomization effect, and result in a denser coating with higher bonding strength.

The deposition efficiency is 25% to 50% higher than that of a standard spray gun; particle velocity is 49% higher than that of a standard spray gun; the coating surface is smoother (reducing post-processing requirements by nearly half); porosity is lower; and coating hardness is significantly higher (more than 20% higher than that of a standard spray gun).

The company’s latest supersonic arc spraying machine consists primarily of a main power supply, a supersonic arc spray gun, a wire-feeding mechanism, a control system, and a compressed air system. The equipment is meticulously manufactured, boasts reliable performance, and exhibits excellent operational stability, providing the most fundamental guarantee for obtaining high-quality coating layers.
1. Stable performance, easy to operate
This machine employs integrated circuits to hardwire its functions into a fixed program. During operation, the machine automatically executes standardized procedures, thereby preventing operator errors that could damage the equipment and ensuring both operator safety and equipment integrity. The machine is also equipped with a remote control switch, allowing spray operations to be carried out even when the operator is located at a considerable distance from the main unit. The supersonic arc spraying equipment features highly stable output voltage and current, strong anti-interference capability, sensitive adjustment, uniform coating, minimal oxidation and burn loss, and can operate reliably under harsh conditions for extended periods. Moreover, the equipment boasts a long service life.
2. Wire sizes are optional, and the coating has high bonding strength.
Wire diameter options available: φ1.6–φ3.0 mm, suitable for a wide range of spraying applications, helping businesses save on materials and improve economic efficiency.
Coating adhesion strength can reach 70 MPa, whereas the bonding strength of conventional arc spraying typically ranges only from 30 to 40 MPa. The particles are ejected at high velocity, resulting in excellent atomization and fine particle size. Consequently, the resulting coating is smooth, highly dense (with a porosity of ≤0.5%), and exhibits significantly enhanced wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

The spray gun can be equipped with a 30-meter cable, an air hose, and an eight-core control cable. The spray gun’s operational radius from the main unit can reach up to 30 meters, enabling it to spray in remote job sites. This machine offers two wire-feed options: pull-feed or push-feed.
