The coating hardness can reach above HRC70, with a typical thickness ranging from 0.15 to 0.20 mm. The coating exhibits a uniform and consistent appearance, free of porosity, and boasts high bonding strength. Moreover, during spraying, the temperature is precisely controllable, ensuring that the workpiece remains completely free from any deformation. This technology is ideally suited for applications involving particle abrasion, such as turbine impellers in power plants, pump impellers, helical blades, and screw conveyors.

     Thermal spraying technology is a method in which a heat source is used to heat coating materials to a molten or semi-molten state, and the molten material is then sprayed onto a pre-treated substrate surface at a specified velocity to form a coating. On the surfaces of conventional materials, thermal spraying technology creates specialized working surfaces that achieve a variety of functions, including corrosion resistance, wear resistance, friction reduction, high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, thermal insulation, electrical insulation, electrical conductivity, and microwave radiation shielding. This approach helps conserve materials and save energy. We refer to these specialized working surfaces as coatings, and the process of creating such coatings as thermal spraying.
