Product Description

Supersonic tungsten carbide spraying and ceramic spraying manufacturer—accepting orders for wear-resistant surface coatings of tungsten carbide.

Characteristics of coating preparation:

1. The flame jet velocity is extremely high, typically five times the speed of sound.
2. The spraying speed of the powder is also extremely high, reaching up to 2,000 meters per second.
3. The coating is highly dense with strong bonding strength; its porosity can be less than 1%, and its bonding strength can exceed 70 MPa.
4. The coating material exhibits low oxidation and minimal carbon loss, resulting in high coating hardness.
5. The powder particles acquire substantial kinetic energy in the high-speed flame jet, resulting in significant impact effects on both the substrate and the deposited particles. Moreover, among the deposited particles, only a small fraction undergo liquid-to-solid phase solidification and shrinkage; the vast majority undergo solid-phase deformation instead. This process generates compressive stresses within the coating, which are beneficial for enhancing the coating’s reliability.
6. Certain specific materials, suitable for repair applications—Beijing Qinhé Technology.
7. The high-speed impact and intense deformation cause lattice distortion in the material, increasing its reactivity and thereby enhancing the likelihood of forming physical bonds with adjacent particles or matrix materials, resulting in extremely high coating reliability.
8. The workpiece does not deform.
