It exhibits good wear resistance and moderate antioxidant properties, with a hardness of ≥HRC50 and a service temperature of 700℃. It can be applied directly without a primer, and its bonding strength is ≥40 MPa.

Wear-resistant protection for low-reheat, low-steam superheater, and economizer in coal-fired boilers; wear-resistant protection for flue ducts and fan housing shells; wear-resistant repair and restoration services for shaft components, iron-printing rollers, printing rollers, and dryer cylinders in paper-making machines.

Wear resistance and oxidation resistance are average, but toughness is relatively good. Hardness ≥ HRC48, operating temperature up to 600℃; no need for a primer coat; bonding strength ≥ 40 MPa.

Repair dimensions for shafts, iron-printing rollers, printing rollers, dryer cylinders for paper machines, molds, and other components—easily machinable by turning, grinding, and other machining processes.

It exhibits excellent resistance to sulfur corrosion and high-temperature oxidation, as well as good wear resistance. Its hardness is ≥HRC55, and it can be used at temperatures up to 1000℃.

For the prevention of sulfuric acid gas corrosion and fly ash erosion in water-cooled walls, superheaters, reheaters, and components used in smelting and chemical industries of coal-fired boilers.

Austenitic microstructure, with enhanced resistance to sulfur corrosion and high-temperature oxidation, as well as excellent wear resistance. Hardness ≥ HRC55, operating temperature up to 1200℃.

Pipes in the highest-temperature zones of coal-fired boilers, as well as components used in smelting and chemical industries, are protected against corrosion from sulfur-containing flue gases and wear caused by fly ash.

SX-603

SX-TiAlB

TiAl3, Cr3C2, C, V, Mo, Nb, Al, Fe

Superior resistance to high-temperature oxidation, corrosion, and wear at elevated temperatures; hardness ≥ HRC58; service temperature up to 1200℃; amorphous structure.

Corrosion and wear resistance for high-temperature components such as superheaters and reheaters in coal-fired boilers, as well as corrosion and wear protection for parts used in metallurgy, petroleum, and chemical industries.

SX-TiAlC

TiAl3, Ti3Al, Cr, C, Ni, Ti, Nb, rare earth elements

Austenitic microstructure, stable at high temperatures, with exceptional resistance to high-temperature oxidation, corrosion, and wear. Hardness ≥ HRC58, and capable of withstanding service temperatures up to 1300℃.

Capable of providing corrosion and wear resistance for the highest-temperature sections of coal-fired boiler tubes under harsh flue gas conditions, as well as corrosion protection for metallurgical, petroleum, and chemical components.

Base material with superior performance, stable properties, and enhanced resistance to oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures; bonding strength ≥ 75 MPa; service temperature: 1300℃.

It can be used as a spray-applied primer for high-temperature applications, as well as an advanced surface protective coating or pore-sealing material.

SX-503

SX-Al-Ni

Outer skin material: Al, core powder material: Ni

Specialized base material with excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance at medium temperatures, suitable for non-ferrous metal substrates. Bonding strength ≥ 65 MPa, operating temperature up to 1000℃.

It can be used as a primer for surface coatings on non-ferrous metal workpieces such as aluminum and zinc, and also as a high-grade surface protective layer or pore-sealing material.

Ni, Cr, Ti

The coating is dense and has a uniform microstructure, exhibiting excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and sulfur corrosion. Its bonding strength is ≥40 MPa, its hardness is ≥HRC38, and it can be used at temperatures up to 1400℃.

High-temperature oxidation resistance and sulfur corrosion prevention for boiler waterwalls, high-temperature superheaters, and high-temperature reheaters; as well as resistance to high-temperature gas corrosion in metallurgical and chemical equipment. No primer required.

SX-102

SX-NiCr

Ni, Cr

Excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion, with a uniform microstructure, bonding strength ≥ 40 MPa, hardness ≥ HRC32, and a service temperature of 1200℃.

High-temperature corrosion and oxidation resistance for boiler waterwalls, superheaters, and other components; oxidation and corrosion resistance inside pressure vessels. Can be used as a primer material.

SX-103

SX-NiCrAl

Ni, Cr, Al

The coating features a fine texture, strong resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion, stable high-temperature performance, a bonding strength ≥ 45 MPa, a hardness ≥ HRC35, and can be used at temperatures up to 1200℃.

High-temperature corrosion and oxidation resistance for boiler waterwalls, superheaters, and other components; surface protection for electrically heated workpieces; primer material for high-temperature thermal spray coatings.
