Guangzhou Sanxin Experimental Device Components Coated with Aluminum Oxide Superhard and Wear-Resistant: The coating hardness reaches HV1200–1463, and its wear rate in friction and wear tests is 10 times lower than that of conventional stainless steel. It is suitable for tribological experiments, material wear testing, and other similar applications. High-Temperature Resistance and Thermal Shock Resistance: Withstands ultra-high temperatures up to 1200℃, making it ideal for extreme operating conditions such as high-temperature sintering and quenching. Ultimate Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to strong corrosive media such as aqua regia and hydrofluoric acid (HF), making it suitable for electrochemical corrosion experiments and acidic etching tests.
