The main principle of the SX-5000 supersonic flame spraying equipment is as follows: A mixed gas of fuel gas and oxygen is delivered under high pressure to an ignition zone located at the nozzle outlet, where it is ignited. The annular flow of hot gas is compressed by an external stream of pressurized air, causing it to accelerate and form a supersonic flame. Under the action of a carrier gas, powder particles are conveyed to the nozzle outlet and then enter the combustion flame, where they are melted and deposited to form a coating.

The SX-5000 supersonic flame spraying equipment consists of five main components: the spray gun, powder feeder, control system, heat exchange system, and various pipelines. It is a compact spraying device characterized by simple operation, stable performance, low fuel consumption, and excellent coating quality.

I. SX-5000 Supersonic main Control System

The SX-5000 supersonic flame spraying system boasts an advanced level comparable to similar foreign products, offering superior performance and ease of operation. It enables automated operation of the spraying process and features real-time monitoring of the system, dynamically controlling the operation of the spray gun and providing immediate responses to system faults.

2. SX-5000 Powder Feeder

The SX-5000 supersonic high-speed flame spraying powder feeder is a device used to store spraying powder and deliver it to the spray gun according to process requirements. It uses nitrogen gas as the powder-feeding gas; the spraying powder is atomized and vibrated by the powder-feeding gas, enabling the powder to be conveyed to the outlet of the feeder and then, together with the powder-feeding gas, exit the powder feeder and enter the spray gun. By adjusting the potentiometer on the control cabinet panel, the speed of powder feeding can be regulated.

3. SX-5000 Cooling System;

The dual-compressor drive reduces the overall machine size, giving you more space. It is primarily used to effectively cool the nozzle and sealing rings, thereby extending their service life.

4. SX-5000 Spray Gun:

Equipped with a dual-purpose manual and machine-use spray gun, the working gases are oxygen and propane. The spray gun weighs approximately 2 kg, and the spray particle velocity is ≥450 m/s. The spray gun can operate stably for extended periods.
