The traditionally used Teflon coating exhibits excessive peel strength against hot melt adhesives, resulting in insignificant non-stick performance and inadequate wear resistance. This leads to a rapid loss of non-stick properties, lower production efficiency, shorter maintenance cycles, and increased costs.

Wear-resistant coating repair for fan impeller blades

Our company provides repair services for worn areas on fan impellers in cement plants, power plants, and other facilities, as well as surface reinforcement coatings for new impellers, which can extend the service life of impellers by several times.

The induced-draft fan is one of the boiler’s primary auxiliary devices, responsible for continuously conveying gases. The main failure mode of the induced-draft fan is erosive wear caused by solid particles in the flue gas impacting and eroding its blades. Failure of the fan blades can lead to reduced operational efficiency or even complete shutdown.

Parts such as wire-drawing wheels, wire-drawing tower pulleys, wire-drawing cylinders, winding reels, and guide grooves used in metal wire-drawing equipment are coated with carbide ceramic coatings on their surfaces. For workpieces with particularly high wear resistance requirements, imported supersonic equipment can be used to apply tungsten carbide (hard alloy) coatings, achieving a hardness of up to HRC7.5.

In contrast, tungsten carbide corrugated rollers, thanks to their exceptional wear resistance and minimal wear, maintain nearly unchanged diameters even after repair.
