Spray coating processing SPRAY PROCESSING
Equipment in the new energy industry is coated with tungsten carbide.
New energy industry spiral rod mixer equipment with tungsten carbide coating for wear-resistant surface treatment.
We specialize in thermal spray coating services for various industries.
If your products have high requirements for surface finish and dimensional accuracy, or if they will be in long-term contact with liquids and thus demand enhanced wear resistance and corrosion protection, you should choose our company’s tungsten carbide coating applied using the American Praxair JP8000 equipment. From materials to equipment, processes to solutions—we’ve got it all covered in coatings.
Insulated bearing
The most important feature of insulated bearings is the presence of a very thin coating (on the micrometer level) on their surface, which provides electrical insulation and can withstand electrical arcing caused by voltages exceeding 500V. A thicker coating can even resist high-voltage discharges up to 1,000V. As a result, these bearings effectively prevent defects such as arcing induced by induced currents on the spindle and bearing, which could otherwise lead to corrosion on the bearing surface, the formation of shrinkage cavities on metal surfaces, and the creation of grooves on the bearing’s rolling elements.
New energy pipeline tungsten carbide spraying, wear-resistant components for crushers, HVOF-sprayed WC
Widely used in the lithium battery slurry industry, it is suitable for various equipment in the lithium battery sector, including dispersion disks, screw shafts and spiral mixers, wear-resistant components for pulverizers, tank bodies, cylindrical vessels, conical hoppers, powder feeders, material conveyors, electrode manufacturing equipment, and wear-resistant coatings.
Automotive component base, main bearing housing, rocker arm shaft, synchronizer ring, plunger, crankshaft wear-resistant repair
Wear-repair and pre-protection reinforcement for automotive engine mounts, synchronizer rings, crankshaft components; wear-resistant coating repair for gearbox bearing housings, hydraulic cylinder pistons, front and rear axle support shafts, mast guide rails, main bearing journals of engine crankshafts, rocker arm shafts, half-shaft oil seal positions, pin shafts, cylinder bed sealing surfaces, wheel hubs, and universal joint wear areas; as well as spray-on manufacturing of piston rings and valve tappets. Wear-resistant coating application for dredger rake heads, wear-resistant rings, mud buckets, cutter blades, shovel teeth, mud pump impellers, ship propeller shafts, propeller shaft sleeves, eccentric shaft sleeves, gear transmission shafts, mud pump water seal necks, mud gate slides, sand-gravel machine scrapers, ship propellers, and thrusters; thermal spraying of corrosion-resistant alloy materials and plastics for decks, hulls, guardrails, iron anchors, and other components.
New energy spiral and ribbon spray coating construction for ceramic powder application—spraying nano-ceramic coatings.
The American Miller plasma process generates a high-temperature plasma arc exceeding 10,000 degrees Celsius, which directly melts pure ceramics and sprays them onto the substrate at high pressure and high velocity to form a coating that achieves direct metallurgical bonding with the substrate.
Plasma Spray Coating—New Energy Lithium Battery Equipment: Ceramic Coating Engineering for Helical Ribbon Blades; Nano-Ceramic Coating by Spray Application
Using the American Miller plasma cladding equipment and technology, on-site construction can be carried out to apply wear-resistant ceramic coatings, making it suitable for hopper, screw, and ribbon mixing and conveying systems in the lithium-ion new energy industry.
