Guangzhou Sanxin Disc Spray Tungsten Carbide Sprayed using the SX-8000 supersonic spraying system, this coating features a radial powder feed design that ensures more thorough powder melting, resulting in a coating density 30% higher than that of conventional HVOF coatings. Outstandingly hard and wear-resistant—its wear life is more than six times longer than that of ordinary stainless steel. Exceptional erosion resistance: its wear rate is 80% lower than that of traditional chrome-plated coatings. Leading performance in high-temperature and corrosion resistance: suitable for applications involving temperatures up to 1500℃ (e.g., industrial kilns and blast furnace tuyeres).
