Composition of the SX-9000 High-Speed (Supersonic) Flame Spraying Equipment

1. SX-9000 Fuel Supersonic Control Cabinet
(Main control system with Siemens) The PLC touch screen, equipped with a Deltec proton flowmeter imported from the U.S., allows for precise parameter adjustment and enables flexible programming according to coating requirements, featuring a high degree of automation. The control cabinet serves as the central hub of the supersonic spraying system; leveraging cutting-edge technology, it provides fully automated control over the entire spraying process. The fuel-powered supersonic spraying system boasts advanced performance comparable to similar foreign products, offering superior operational efficiency and ease of use. The control cabinet features a PLC-based touch-screen control terminal that integrates operation, settings, help functions, display, process monitoring, and fault alarm systems into a single unit, simplifying panel design and making the system both user-friendly and intuitively easy to operate.

2. SX-9000 Supersonic Fuel Powder Feeder
(The newly upgraded powder feeder comes with Siemens.) The PLC touch screen, along with functions such as powder feed rate, number of cycles, and coating thickness, is linked to the main control system for flexible programming and boasts a high degree of automation.
The SX-9000 fuel-supplied supersonic high-speed flame spraying powder feeder is a device used to store spraying powder and deliver it to the spray gun according to process requirements. It uses nitrogen as the powder-feeding gas; the spraying powder is atomized and vibrated by the powder-feeding gas, enabling it to be conveyed to the outlet of the feeder and then exit the feeder along with the powder-feeding gas, entering the spray gun. By adjusting the potentiometer on the control cabinet panel, the speed of powder feeding can be regulated.

3. SX-8000 Supersonic Fuel Spray Gun
The SX-9000 supersonic flame torch uses kerosene as fuel, oxygen as the combustion-supporting gas, air and water as cooling gases, and nitrogen for powder delivery. The torch can operate continuously and stably for extended periods. The following two types of torches are available (model JP5000).
4. Chiller Unit (Refrigeration System)
