The recovery power of the all-pneumatic series is generated by a unique vacuum generator that creates negative pressure. Recovers sand and dust. However, the sandblasting efficiency is slower compared to open-loop systems.
·Automatic sand-adding, continuous-cycle open-type sandblasting mode: During sandblasting, processes such as sandblasting, sand recovery, separation of sand and dust, and sand material circulation with dust filtration are all performed automatically, nearly doubling work efficiency—but this method results in dust pollution.
·Applicable abrasives: 12–80# (1.6–0.1 mm) such as steel grit, steel shot, and brown corundum—low-consumption abrasive materials.
If a semi-open operating mode is adopted Quartz sand, copper ore sand, river sand, and other types of sand can also be used.
