SX Series Automatic Recirculating Sandblasting System
The SX-series cyclical recycling sandblasting machine is an environmentally friendly sandblasting equipment designed and manufactured by our company as a versatile, high-efficiency, and eco-friendly new-generation sandblasting device tailored for heavy-duty sand-suction operations. Depending on the type of negative-pressure generation device, it is available in two main models: electric winch-driven and fully pneumatic. This equipment uses compressed air as its power source to propel abrasive materials at high speed onto the workpiece surface. The impact of the abrasive particles effectively removes rust and contaminants from the surface, achieving a specified level of cleanliness and roughness. Subsequently, a negative pressure generated by either an electric winch or a vacuum pump (or vacuum generator) recovers the sand and dust. The equipment’s sand-dust separation system then separates the intact abrasive particles for continued recycling, while the dust and rust-contaminants are collected in a dust collection bin. Under single-switch control, the equipment seamlessly performs sandblasting, sand recovery, and other related processes.

It serves as the core control element for high-performance shot-blasting machine hosts, designed based on technology from the U.S. company SCHMIDT. The quality of this system directly affects whether the shot-blasting machine can reliably perform normal blasting operations. A key feature of the combined valve is that it ensures exceptionally stable and dependable blasting performance. During the blasting process, sand particles and dust are prevented from entering the interior of the control components, thus avoiding any potential damage to these components. The control valve manages the entire pneumatic circuit—providing and cutting off air supply—and the instantaneous switching between air supply and exhaust makes operating the shot-blasting machine safer.
