Scope of application

The environmentally friendly sandblasting machine is a new, professionally developed, eco-friendly, recyclable sandblasting equipment specially designed by our company for small-scale surface treatment applications. It effectively removes harmful coatings, rust, scale, and other adhering substances from workpieces. Using this equipment ensures dust-free, clean, safe, and non-toxic working conditions at the sandblasting site, with processing results that meet stringent quality standards. Not only does it thoroughly clean the surface of workpieces, but it also achieves the desired low surface roughness values required for specific applications. The JZR-1DX small-scale anti-corrosion sandblasting machine, specially designed for rust and paint removal in corrosion prevention projects, features environmental compliance, excellent performance, wide applicability, compactness and portability, as well as safety and efficiency.

It is applicable in fields such as equipment maintenance and repair, vehicles, guardrails, water supply pipelines, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, and tank manufacturing. It is particularly well-suited for removing rust, contaminants, and toxic paints from hard-to-reach corners and confined spaces; performing edge and corner treatments on workpieces; grinding weld seams; conducting dust-free sandblasting for internal rust removal in tanks and pipelines; removing rust inside oil storage tanks; sandblasting weld seams on the inner walls of wind turbine towers; providing anti-corrosion treatment for staircases; and serving as a pre-treatment step in hydraulic engineering projects. It is also widely used for lettering on Jiugang steel, glass engraving, and inscription on tombstones. This equipment is specifically designed for sandblasting and surface preparation of small steel plates, I-beams, stainless steel components, and other metal structures prior to coating application—ideal for removing rust, oxide scale, paint, dirt, and contaminants while simultaneously strengthening the surface.
