4. Precision probe: The probe is dual-purpose, suitable for both iron and aluminum substrates. It can automatically identify the substrate type. The probe is durable, ensuring highly accurate measurements with zero error when compared against standard reference sheets.

5. Two thickness measurement methods—magnetic thickness measurement and eddy-current thickness measurement—are available with this instrument, which can be widely applied in inspection fields such as manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, and commercial inspection.

  1. The magnetic thickness measurement method allows for non-destructive measurement of the thickness of non-magnetic coatings on magnetic metal substrates (such as steel, iron, nickel, etc.).
  2. Using the eddy-current thickness measurement method, it is possible to non-destructively measure the thickness of non-conductive coatings on non-magnetic metal substrates (such as aluminum, copper, stainless steel, etc.).
