Spraying equipment SPRAY EQUIPMENT
SX-900F Eco-Friendly Box-Type Sandblasting Machine
This machine employs an inhalation-type sandblasting process: compressed air flows at high speed through the spray gun, creating a negative pressure that generates an induction effect. This suction draws abrasive material from the cyclone separator’s storage tank into the spray gun via a flexible hose. The abrasive material is then propelled at high velocity through the nozzle along with the compressed air stream, striking the surface of the workpiece to achieve the desired sandblasting effect.

Automatic Recirculating Sandblasting System
The SX-series cyclical recycling sandblasting machine is an environmentally friendly sandblasting device—a new, multi-purpose, high-efficiency, and eco-friendly sandblasting equipment designed and manufactured by our company specifically for heavy-duty sand-suction and sand-blasting operations. Depending on the type of negative-pressure generation device, it is divided into two major models: electric winch-driven and fully pneumatic.
High-efficiency open-type sandblaster
This sandblasting machine is suitable for small-scale, open-air sandblasting operations and is particularly effective in removing oxide scales, rust, and paint coatings from workpieces made of relatively soft materials. With its continuous operation capability—without the need for shutdowns—this equipment is an ideal choice for pre-coating surface preparation of metal structural components, enabling efficient removal of rust, paint, scale, and other contaminants, as well as surface strengthening and residual stress relief.
Eco-friendly, Recyclable Sandblasting Machine
The environmentally friendly sandblasting machine is a new, professionally developed, eco-friendly, recyclable sandblasting equipment specially designed by our company for removing toxic paint films, rust, scale, and other adhering substances in small-scale surface treatment applications.
What is a sandblaster?
A sandblasting machine is a piece of equipment that uses abrasive materials—both metallic and non-metallic—propelled by compressed air to be sprayed onto the surface of a workpiece.
Vickers hardness tester
The Vickers hardness tester is a high-tech, mechatronic product. Featuring a novel design, it boasts excellent reliability, ease of operation, and intuitive usability. It is a new type of micro-Vickers and Knoop hardness testing instrument that integrates precision mechanical technology with optoelectronic technology.
Coated Metallographic Microscope
The SX-T12 coating metallographic microscope is used for the inspection of thermal spray coating thickness and bonding quality. This metallographic microscope can analyze material properties such as grain size, grain shape, original microstructure, microscopic tissue structure, and phase transformations, thereby ensuring the quality of the thermal spray process. It complies with national standards, and our company provides full technical support.
Coating Roughness Meter
The coating roughness meter is used to detect the surface roughness of thermal spray coatings. In thermal spraying, this coating surface roughness meter ensures coating quality, optimizes the spraying process, and enhances production efficiency. It complies with national standards, guaranteeing the quality of the thermal spraying process. Our company provides comprehensive technical support.
Coating inspection instrument
Using magnetic thickness measurement and eddy-current thickness measurement methods, this instrument can be widely applied in inspection fields such as manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, and commercial inspection.
Combustion chamber
The combustion chamber of a supersonic spray system is the core component of the equipment. Its function is to generate a high-temperature, high-pressure gas flow—whose velocity can exceed 2,000 m/s—through the intense combustion of fuel and oxygen, thereby accelerating the spray material to supersonic speeds. Due to its prolonged exposure to extreme conditions—including temperatures exceeding 2,000°C, pressures in the megapascal range, and high-speed particle erosion—the combustion chamber has become one of the most vulnerable components in supersonic spray equipment.
Plasma anode and cathode
The F1 complete set of nozzle electrodes for the anode and cathode is the key component for power supply and energy transmission in plasma thermal spraying equipment. As the starting point for plasma generation, the anode plays a crucial role in converting electrical energy into thermal energy. Its material must possess high electrical conductivity, excellent thermal stability, and good corrosion resistance.
