Application scope of supersonic cold spraying

Supersonic Cold Spray is a coating technology that relies on high-speed solid particles impacting a substrate to form a coating. Its key advantages include low-temperature deposition (the coating material remains unmelted), high bonding strength, and minimal thermal damage, making it uniquely valuable in a variety of industrial applications.

Copper Spraying Machine (Arc Spraying Machine)

Arc Spraying Copper Machine The arc spraying copper machine is primarily used for: coating the surfaces of pump impellers, airlock valves, pistons, bearing bushings, and other components with corrosion- and wear-resistant coatings; applying conductive coatings to the surfaces of electrical switches and electronic components; and applying decorative coatings to portraits, handicrafts, cement products, and other surfaces. Product Description: This copper spraying machine uses a traditional spraying power supply that offers excellent cost performance. After continuous improvements by our company, its structural design has become more rational. In particular, we have selected high-quality, stable, and reliable components from renowned brands such as Omron and Schneider for the main control electrical parts. Notably, the machine features a “one-button switch” control system, making operation even more convenient. It is a widely favored spraying power supply among our customers. Equipment Composition: 1 arc spraying gun (pull-type) 1 spraying power supply Auxiliary devices Equipment Protection Features: 1. Undervoltage protection 2. Overload protection for the main transformer 3. Comprehensive overload and short-circuit protection for the entire equipment When you purchase this equipment, you will receive free replacement parts for the spray gun’s wear-and-tear components, ensuring that you can use the machine for an extended period without any worries. Moreover, our company provides long-term, preferential pricing on spare parts for this equipment. After-sales Service: Our service personnel will come to your site to perform equipment commissioning, train your operators, and provide guidance on spraying processes. We offer a two-year warranty on the equipment (excluding consumable parts), along with lifetime maintenance services.

Nickel-aluminum alloy plasma spraying on wire mesh to fabricate porous-structured Raney nickel wire mesh.

Nickel-aluminum alloy wire mesh is prepared by plasma spraying, resulting in a porous structure. Raney nickel—a fine-grained solid catalyst composed of a nickel-aluminum alloy—is widely used in numerous industrial processes. It was first introduced in 1962 by American engineer Murray Raney[1] as an alternative catalyst for the hydrogenation of vegetable oils in industrial production. Today, Raney nickel serves as a heterogeneous catalyst and is extensively employed in various organic syntheses and hydrogenation reactions. ●The preparation of Raney nickel involves reacting a nickel-aluminum alloy with sodium hydroxide. This process, known as "activation," dissolves most of the aluminum from the alloy, leaving behind a highly porous structure. This porous architecture provides an exceptionally large surface area, thereby endowing the catalyst with high catalytic activity. In a typical Raney nickel catalyst, nickel accounts for approximately 85% by mass; accordingly, for every two nickel atoms, there is one aluminum atom forming part of the catalyst. The aluminum plays a crucial role in maintaining the pore structure and thus contributes positively to the overall performance of the catalyst.

Plasma Spheroidization Powder Production Equipment

Plasma Spheroidization Powder-Making Equipment and Technology: Using plasma as a heat source, this technology spheroidizes and densifies refractory metal and ceramic powders. The plasma arc temperature exceeds 15,000 degrees Celsius, causing the surface of raw powder particles to melt rapidly. Under the action of surface tension, the powder undergoes rapid quenching, leading to particle shrinkage and spheroidization, ultimately forming dense, spherical powder particles. 1. The plasma reactor can be filled with inert gas, ensuring a pure and clean atmosphere that prevents oxidation. 2. The inner wall of the powder collection tank is equipped with a cooling water jacket, which prevents hot powder from adhering to the tank’s inner wall. 3. With a plasma arc temperature reaching 15,000 degrees Celsius, the powder cools rapidly in an inert atmosphere, resulting in fine particle size and excellent dispersibility. 4. The plasma equipment features a simple process flow and controllable gas supply, effectively preventing powder contamination and making it ideal for preparing high-purity powders. 5. The plasma spheroidization powder-making equipment includes: a powder collection tank, an exhaust gas filter, a plasma power supply, a control cabinet, a powder feeder, a transfer box, and a chiller; its power rating is 80 kilowatts. 6. The equipment processes between 2.8 and 10 kg of powder per hour via plasma arc treatment, and the powder feeder can deliver particles ranging from 5 to 200 micrometers in size.
