We offer a wide range of thermal spray services, including supersonic spraying equipment from U.S. PRAXAIR and plasma equipment from U.S. Miller, all imported from Europe and the U.S. Our thermal spray coatings feature high bonding strength, exceptional density, and guaranteed superior quality.

 

1. Coating Processing Equipment: We are equipped with more than ten units of coating equipment, including the U.S.-made PRAXAIR supersonic spraying system, the U.S.-made Miller plasma system, domestically produced supersonic spraying equipment, domestically produced plasma equipment, and arc spraying equipment.

2. The coating processing workshop is equipped with: 2 enclosed spray painting booths; 1 enclosed sandblasting booth; and has an annual capacity to process 100,000 coated products.

3. Coating Machining Equipment: We are equipped with more than ten types of machining equipment, including various lathes, high-precision grinding machines, and precision polishing equipment, as well as a complete set of advanced quality inspection equipment and coating surface condition analysis instruments.

Features:

The JP8000 spraying system is currently the world's best spraying equipment. Its spray gun can deliver a power output of up to 250 kW, with a flame temperature of 2,800℃ and a combustion chamber pressure reaching 120 × 6.89 kPa. The powder ion velocity can reach as high as 1,200 m/s. This equipment is the only one capable of producing compressive-stress coatings. When using this equipment for spraying, the resulting coatings exhibit high density, excellent bonding performance, and low oxidation levels—significantly superior in quality to Jet-kote sprayed coatings.

 

The JP-8000TM HP/HVOF® system is the “next-generation” version of the upgraded JP-5000®. The JP-8000TM is our new, ultra-high-performance HVOF system featuring advanced control capabilities, exceptionally high production capacity, and uniquely superior coating quality. Thanks to the introduction of a series of exciting new features, the JP-8000TM boasts an even more user-friendly interface compared to its predecessor. These improvements include the 8100-type CORONA gas/fuel management system, which is based on a sophisticated PLC and employs closed-loop control, providing more precise control over flame characteristics and significantly enhancing equipment uptime, coating reproducibility, and ultimately, coating quality.

The new JP-8000TM system represents a revolution in the field of high-quality HVOF coatings. To achieve perfection, Praxair Surface Technologies designed the JP-8000TM console around two primary objectives: operator/system safety and ease of use. The JP-8000TM features a separation of fuel, gas, and electrical components, as well as high- and low-flow controls and pressure switches that provide alarms and automatic shutdowns when operations attempt to exceed specified limits. An intuitive graphical user interface (GUI)—a “touchscreen”—facilitates parameter setting and monitoring, ensuring consistent coating properties at all times. As an option, the GUI touchscreen can be detached from the main control unit and installed remotely, housed within a separate drawer unit containing electronic and gas/fuel/water modules. A key benefit of the JP-8000TM’s high particle velocity is its exceptionally dense coatings with low oxide content. This high density is achieved through tightly and uniformly packed particles. The low oxide content is attained by maintaining low particle temperatures and short residence times within the flame. These characteristics are particularly advantageous in applications requiring wear-resistant, high-hardness coatings as well as clean, dense coatings with excellent corrosion resistance.

The JP-8000TM system consists of an 8100-type CORONA console, a 5220-type standard spray gun, a 1264-type powder feeder, all necessary spray gun and supply hoses, and an operating manual.

 


 

8100 Model CORONA Console

 

The Model 8100 is a closed-loop, fully automated control console equipped with a “touchscreen” graphical user interface (GUI) that is easy to read and follow. Operators simply select a process recipe from memory and then tap the “Run” button on the screen. Process engineers can easily develop and store new process recipes using the “Development” screen. The touchscreen makes the console’s user interface exceptionally user-friendly. To operate the system, operators must first log in. Different levels of protection can be configured to prevent unauthorized users from accessing the coating development, process recipe, run initiation, or maintenance screens.

The application menu screen includes numerous options, such as imperial and metric units, powder feeder settings, reports, and maintenance schedules.

The maintenance schedule screen is used to create maintenance schedules for spray guns, consoles, and powder feeders.

The development-mode screen is used for spray parameter development. It’s similar to the control-panel screen, but the parameters can be adjusted during the spraying process. Parameters can be easily transmitted to the process recipe screen and stored with a single touch on the touchscreen.

The process recipe screen is used to select existing parameters or re-enter new ones.

The control panel display shows all the data that the operator must monitor during the spraying process. The parameters are displayed only and cannot be adjusted.

The Type 8100 modular circuit is designed as a self-contained, drawer-type unit that can be easily and smoothly pulled out for repair and maintenance. If necessary, a single drawer module can be removed and replaced with a new one in a very short time, minimizing downtime.

Thanks to the precise control of oxygen and fuel flow rates, the JP-8000TM can produce high-quality, reproducible coatings. The oxygen flow rate is controlled by a mass flow meter (MFM) and regulated via a gas proportioning valve loop. The fuel flow rate is controlled by the turbine wheel of the oil pump and a variable-speed motor. Both loops operate in closed-loop control, providing unique and unparalleled control over the spraying process. As a result, the console can precisely adjust the spraying parameters to meet the requirements of applications ranging from simple to extremely demanding conditions.
The Model 8100 is designed for the safe operation and economical use of liquid fuels such as kerosene. Compared to volatile gaseous fuels (such as hydrogen, propane/propylene, or natural gas), liquid fuels are easier and safer to handle. Kerosene is also cheaper than most other HVOF gaseous fuels.
