Product Description

Sphere hardening treatment, wear-resistant coatings for valve internal cavities, hard-sealed ball valves, coal ash valves, and tungsten carbide valve discs—our company employs advanced supersonic flame spraying technology to coat various components with ultra-wear-resistant tungsten carbide coatings. The wear resistance of these coatings is 2 to 4 times that of other surface treatment processes and tens of times higher than that of ordinary stainless steel. The superiority of the supersonic process stems from its extremely high spray velocity and relatively low temperature at the workpiece surface (typically between 120 and 200 degrees Celsius), which results in an exceptionally dense coating microstructure with excellent bonding strength. Moreover, the process causes minimal carbon loss and phase transformation in the substrate material. When comparing processes using the same materials, the hardness of supersonic coatings is significantly higher than that achieved by other thermal spraying techniques, reaching a hardness of HV1300. These coatings provide outstanding protection for a wide range of highly wear-prone components.

The coating exhibits high bonding strength with the substrate; for Co-WC coatings, this strength can exceed 90 MPa.
