Product Description

Tungsten carbide spray-coated wire-drawing tower, wire-drawing cylinder spray coating processing, and wear-resistant spray coating processing for take-up reels.

 

The surfaces of components such as wire-drawing wheels, wire-drawing tower pulleys, wire-drawing barrels, winding reels, and guide grooves in metal wire-drawing equipment are coated with carbide ceramic coatings. For workpieces with particularly high wear resistance requirements, imported supersonic equipment can be used to apply tungsten carbide (hard alloy) coatings, achieving a hardness of up to HRC7.5. This hardness is significantly higher than that of grinding tool steels or chilled cast irons, allowing the base materials of these components to be made from ordinary steel or cast iron—thus reducing costs and extending service life.
