Characteristics of Plasma Spraying: (1) It can spray a wide variety of coating materials, especially those with high melting points and refractory materials such as refractory metals, ceramics, metal-ceramics, and other special functional materials. (2) Inert gases can be selected as the working medium, reducing oxidative reactions of sprayed particles during flight. (3) The coatings exhibit high bonding strength and low porosity; fine coatings can be prepared by precisely controlling process parameters. The SX-80 Plasma Coating Equipment was developed based on the introduction and absorption of plasma spraying equipment such as PT-A3000 and METCO-9M. Its overall performance is comparable to that of the METCO-9M. The equipment consists of the following systems: ① main power supply ② control cabinet ③ transfer box ④ powder feeder ⑤ spray gun ⑥ heat exchanger and piping connections. All major components and instruments of the equipment are sourced from well-known brands such as Schneider, Omron, and Chint, ensuring stable and efficient operation. SX-80 Plasma Coating Equipment

It was successfully developed based on the introduction and absorption of plasma spraying equipment such as the PT-A3000 and METCO-9M, and its overall equipment level is comparable to that of the METCO-9M. The equipment consists of the following systems: ① main power supply; ② control cabinet; ③ transfer box; ④ powder feeder; ⑤ spray gun; ⑥ heat exchanger and piping connections.
