Spraying equipment SPRAY EQUIPMENT
Plasma equipment applies a titanium suboxide coating that is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and capable of withstanding high temperatures.
Guangzhou Sanxin Company uses plasma equipment to coat titanium suboxide. Titanium suboxide is an environmentally friendly electrode coating material that boasts the high hardness and high melting point characteristic of ceramic materials. Due to its high oxygen evolution potential, titanium suboxide electrodes are highly favorable for anodic oxidation and can be widely applied in electrocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants and leachate from solid waste, electrocatalytic treatment of phenol-containing wastewater, dyeing and printing wastewater treatment, oilfield wastewater treatment, hospital wastewater treatment, as well as in the electrolysis of seawater for hydrogen production, seawater desalination, electrolytic water disinfection, and ozone generation. Under conditions of high current density and high acidity, these electrodes do not passivate or corrode—thus outperforming graphite and titanium metals. They are particularly suitable as electrodes for zinc electrowinning, metal recovery, electrolytic manganese oxide production, metal foil manufacturing, and the recycling and treatment of etching solutions used in printed circuit board fabrication. Because electrolytes often contain strongly corrosive substances such as fluoride ions, conventional anodes tend to deteriorate rapidly. In contrast, titanium suboxide electrodes exhibit a high oxygen evolution overpotential, strong corrosion resistance, excellent wear resistance, and stable electrode dimensions. Consequently, titanium-based titanium suboxide electrodes have now been practically applied for corrosion protection of oil storage tanks, ships, docks, bridges, and reinforced concrete structures, as well as for cathodic protection of soils.
