Hydrogen production via water electrolysis is currently an important industrial method for hydrogen generation. I. Technical Requirements:
1. The primary coating material is nickel mesh, 40 mesh, with a wire diameter of 0.19 mm and dimensions of 1850×1850 mm per sheet. The equipment is designed for a web width of 2.5 meters, and each sheet weighs at least 2673 g. The main unit is available in two options: reciprocating machine and robotic arm. 2. The cathode is coated on one side only; the coating material is Raney nickel (nickel-aluminum alloy powder). 3. We plan to procure a complete set of equipment—including sandblasting, cooling, and environmental protection systems—as a turnkey project. (Please provide an equipment list including brand, specifications, and prices.) 4. Reserve space for future upgrades and modifications to accommodate multi-product coating requirements.
II. Quality Requirements:
1. High-quality raw materials are used, with a nickel-to-aluminum mixing ratio of 8:2, a nickel purity of 99.5%, and an aluminum purity of 99.6%. (Raw material testing equipment available.) 2. Spray waste is not allowed to be reused. (Waste recycling plan provided.) 3. Prior to spraying, sandblasting is performed to ensure strong adhesion of the coating. 4. Coating thickness and weight: 240 g/m²—300 g/m²; complete inspection records must be maintained. (Online inspection available.)
5. The coating must remain intact when the nickel mesh is bent to 120°. 6. The spray gun’s angle relative to the nickel mesh must be appropriately designed (with adjustable equipment) to ensure uniform spraying and maximize the sprayed area on both warp and weft threads. 7. Visual inspection: (a visual inspection system can be provided) A. The non-sprayed surfaces must not exhibit discoloration due to high temperatures, and the mesh surface must not show any coating peeling or surface burn damage.
