Product Description
Offering soldering iron tips, nickel-chromium alloy spray-coated soldering iron tips—corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and featuring a non-stick tin coating—along with supersonic spraying equipment.
The general requirements for soldering iron tips coated with nickel-chromium alloy or nickel-chromium chromium carbide, featuring anti-corrosion and non-stick tin coatings are as follows:
I. Coating Requirements: High-temperature resistant 650 Degree, non-stick to solder, corrosion-resistant;
II. Spraying Process:
Arc Spraying: Nickel-chromium alloy wire Or supersonic HVOF Spraying: Nickel-chromium chromium carbide, coating thickness 6 A little bit.
1、 HVOF Characteristics of Supersonic Spraying Nickel-Chromium Chromium Carbide Coatings :
( 1 ) HVOF The prepared coating exhibits high bonding strength, low porosity, high density, and no delamination.
( 2 ) The powder particle temperature is lower. , Oxygen is lighter, and the coating exhibits excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation. ( This is mainly due to the short residence time of powder particles at high temperatures. , Due to the short exposure time in air, the coating contains a low amount of oxides. , The chemical composition exhibits strong stability. ) but is suitable only for spraying metal powders, Co-Wc Powders and low-melting-point ceramic powders.
( 3 ) The powder particles have a high velocity.
( 4 ) Small particle size ( 10 ~ 53>μm ), with a narrow distribution range; otherwise, it cannot melt.
( 5 ) The coating surface has low roughness.
( 6 The spraying distance can vary over a wide range without affecting the spray quality.
( 7 ) It can produce coatings thicker than those obtained by thermal spraying, and residual stresses are also improved.
( 8 ) High spraying efficiency and easy operation.
( 9 ) Coatings that are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, thermally conductive, insulating, electrically conductive, and sealing can be prepared.
