Product Description

Processing technology:

In response to the demands of various plastic products, most of the ultra-engineering plastics currently in use contain additives such as flame retardants, glass fibers, calcium carbonate, and modifiers, which lead to rapid corrosion, wear, and shortened service life of the barrel and screw. This process ensures that the sprayed alloy layer is completely resistant to detachment, free from cracks and porosity, and rigorously controls issues such as workpiece deformation.

Aspect ratio: L/D = 15–45

Overall hardness: HRC58°-68°

Nitriding depth: 0.4mm–0.7mm

Screw types: gradual, stepwise, wavy, barrier, double-barrier, conical, split-flow, separate-flow, vented, pin-type, hybrid, double-head, triple-head, multi-head, pelletizing, and others.
