A grooved graphite boat comprising a plurality of W-shaped, bidirectional inclined grooves with two opposing groove surfaces and bottom support protrusions, as well as a bottom surface, an upper end face, inner side surfaces, outer side surfaces, and a stop flange opposite the upper end face. The feature of this boat is that at least one venting channel is provided on each of the two opposing groove surfaces and on the upper surface, and that each intersection between the bottom support protrusion and the two opposing groove surfaces is equipped with a corner-protection groove.
The thin graphite boat dish consists of a boat-dish body with multiple carrier slots W arranged on one side, shims, and定位 pins with a certain degree of taper. The boat-dish body is provided with recesses at both ends parallel to the carrier slots W. The protruding platform at the lower end of the shim fits precisely into these recesses, while the定位 pins pass through the positioning holes in the middle of the recesses and the positioning holes in the middle of the protruding platform at the lower end of the shim.
Zirconia: It is white in color and has a melting point of 2860℃. It is used for the preparation of protective and thermal-insulating coatings on parts subjected to high-temperature gas erosion.

The zirconia coating on the surface of the graphite boat dish was processed using plasma spraying equipment, and its surface roughness was improved.
If the zirconia coating on the surface of the graphite boat is too thick, it can cause the sintered products to adhere to the coating, leading to product deformation and compromising sintering quality. Our company has therefore implemented process improvements:
1. Increase the yttrium oxide content in the zirconia powder.
2. Use zirconia (ZrO2) powder with a finer particle size.
3. Adjust plasma spraying process parameters
By increasing the current plasma spraying voltage, appropriately reducing the spraying current, lowering the powder feed rate, and decreasing the powder feed gas pressure—so that the powder can fully melt and atomize—we can improve the smoothness of the coating. Specific process parameters will need to be determined through trial and error based on samples and materials your company provides to our company for testing.
4. Before spraying, the sandblasting roughening process uses a finer-grade silica sand.
The sandblasting roughening treatment performed prior to spraying uses a finer grade of silica sand, which can result in a smooth surface on the substrate before coating and a relatively smooth surface on the underlying plasma-sprayed layer as well.
