As a result, these components are highly susceptible to damage, including high-temperature corrosion of converter shrouds and flues, thermal and mechanical fatigue of support rollers, guide rollers, and pinch rollers in continuous casting lines, mechanical wear of mold plates, conveying rollers, and various process rollers in slab continuous casting lines, fatigue and wear of tension rollers and straightening rollers in cold-rolling mill production lines, high-temperature corrosion and scaling on bottom rollers in continuous annealing furnaces, as well as erosion and wear caused by molten metal on immersion rollers, tension rollers, and guide rollers in continuous hot-dip galvanizing lines. Technical specifications: Coating thickness 70–120 µm.

Coating surface condition R3.5–6.5

Coating adhesion strength ≥ 55 MPa

Working condition: Intermetallic friction and wear solution: Two-step electro-induction coating melting treatment using flame spraying (welding).

Spraying material: NiCrBSi (HRC 55–62)

Technical Specifications: Coating thickness: 0.7–1.0 mm; Surface grinding of coating during operation; Working conditions: High-temperature environment with corrosion/metal oxide adhesion; Solutions: Explosive spraying of composite ceramic materials, plasma spraying of oxide ceramic materials.
