Spray coating processing SPRAY PROCESSING

Product Description

Powder mixing machinery for spraying tungsten carbide; stirring components for spraying cemented carbides; tungsten carbide wear resistance.

The components used for material conveying or mixing, after being coated with tungsten carbide hard alloy, exhibit superb wear resistance. The hardness of the coating reaches above HRC70, and its surface finish is around Ra3.2. This coating is particularly well-suited for applications involving abrasive wear. During normal operation, friction between the components and the materials can lead to metallic impurities contaminating the product. Therefore, it is essential to apply a tungsten carbide coating to the parts that come into direct contact with the materials, thereby effectively preventing metal contaminants from entering the final product. This process has been successfully and maturely adopted in the lithium battery industry.
