Imported SG-100 plasma torch accessories

The imported SG100 plasma torch is an 80-kW multiphase torch suitable for a wide range of applications. Whether you’re engaged in high-volume production requiring high-quality, uniform, and repeatable coatings or in small-batch production that demands speed and flexibility, the SG100 offers unparalleled versatility.    

The unique design of the SG100 allows it to use either internal or external powder feeding. Internal powder feeding ensures that particles are delivered to the location with the highest energy density in the plasma beam, enabling optimal energy exchange and particle velocity. Together, these two factors result in the highest coating deposition efficiency.

The two internal powder feed ports of the SG100 can be used independently, or simultaneously to achieve a high spraying rate. They can also be used to mix different materials within the plasma jet.

An optional external powder delivery method is also available. The external powder feed port can replace the internal powder feed port or be used in combination with it. Whether using internal or external powder delivery, numerous incident angles can be achieved. The combination of dual internal powder feeds and external powder delivery makes the SG100 the most versatile and efficient plasma spraying equipment available.

   The SG100 can use a range of gases, including argon, nitrogen, helium, and hydrogen. Using helium as the secondary gas can significantly extend the lifespan of spare parts and reduce operation and assembly costs. On average, a single set of hardware can operate continuously for 200 to 300 hours. Thanks to the SG100’s fewer components and its self-designed features, assembly takes less time and is more precise, meeting even stringent and demanding CE acceptance requirements.

Under specific operating conditions, components of the SG100 plasma torch can last up to three times longer than those of other torches. Considering its relatively low cost of consumables, ease of maintenance, and exceptionally long service life of key components, the SG100 is an economically superior spraying tool.

Other features, including automatic calibration and wear-resistant nozzle components with a longer service life, help reduce both operational and assembly costs. It can even operate at a power output of 100 kW.

Applicable nozzle.

The SG100 can be used in three spray modes (subsonic, Mach 1, and Mach 2). Depending on the specific requirements, different anode and cathode configurations as well as gas distribution ring setups can be selected.
