Spray coating processing SPRAY PROCESSING
Tungsten carbide spray coating for mixing equipment dispersing discs
Currently widely used in the lithium battery slurry industry, it is suitable for various equipment in the lithium battery sector, including dispersion disks, screw shafts and spiral mixers, wear-resistant components for pulverizers, tanks, cylindrical bodies, conical hoppers, powder feeders, material conveyors, electrode manufacturing equipment, and wear-resistant coatings.
Product Description
Lithium equipment-specific isolation layer, Tungsten carbide wear-resistant coating sprayed onto the surface of the dispersing disc. Tungsten carbide wear-resistant coating sprayed.
1. Currently widely used in the lithium battery slurry industry, this material is suitable for various equipment in the lithium battery sector, including dispersion disks, screw shafts and spiral mixers, wear-resistant components for pulverizers, tank bodies, cylindrical vessels, conical hoppers, powder handling machines, feeding systems, electrode manufacturing equipment, and wear-resistant coatings.
2. The tungsten carbide coating achieves a hardness of HRC75 or higher, making it one of the hardest and most wear-resistant coatings after diamond. It prevents metal ions from entering the powder, thereby safeguarding against metal material wear and contamination of the powder.
3. Guangzhou Sanxin uses American Praxair supersonic spraying equipment and selects imported tungsten carbide materials. Tungsten carbide coatings are primarily suitable for applications involving particle abrasion.
4. During coating application, the workpiece temperature shall not exceed 150 degrees. The workpiece has no deformation whatsoever.
5. Coating roughness R3.2 left, Coating thickness is controllable between 0.10 and 0.35 mm. After pore sealing, it does not react with NMP.
6. Depending on the different usage environments, Choose a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating.
