Capable of performing plasma spraying for tungsten carbide coatings.
Providing a production line for supersonic equipment used in tungsten carbide thermal spraying.
1. Suitable for wear-resistant components of various lithium-ion battery industry equipment, including screw shafts, screw mixers, pulverizers, tank bodies, cylindrical shells, conical hoppers, powder feeders, conveyors, electrode manufacturing equipment, and wear-resistant coatings.
2. Suitable for various types of screw shafts, screw mixers, powder mixers, V-shaped mixers, conical mixers, and plow-type mixers; wear-resistant coatings for plow blades and blades.
3. The tungsten carbide coating achieves a hardness of HRC75 or higher, effectively preventing metal materials from wearing down and contaminating the powdered material.
4. Guangzhou Sanxin uses American Praxair supersonic spraying equipment and selects imported tungsten carbide materials.
