Tungsten Carbide Spray Coating for Pipelines, Coating for Feed Tubes in Lithium-Ion Battery Equipment, Wear-Resistant Spray Coating for Powder Conveying Pipes
1. Currently widely used in the lithium-battery slurry industry, this material is suitable for various equipment in the lithium-ion battery sector, including dispersion disks, screw shafts and spiral mixers, wear-resistant components for pulverizers, tank bodies, cylindrical vessels, conical hoppers, powder feeders, feeding machines, electrode manufacturing equipment, and wear-resistant coatings.
2. The tungsten carbide coating achieves a hardness of HRC75 or higher, making it one of the hardest and most wear-resistant coatings after diamond. It prevents metal ions from entering the powder, thereby protecting the powdered material from contamination caused by wear of metallic components.
3. Guangzhou Sanxin uses American Praxair supersonic spraying equipment and selects imported tungsten carbide materials. Tungsten carbide coatings are primarily suitable for applications involving particle abrasion.
4. During coating application, the workpiece temperature must not exceed 150 degrees, and the workpiece must remain free of any deformation.
5. The coating roughness is R3.2 on the left, and the coating thickness is controllable within the range of 0.10 to 0.35 mm. After pore-sealing treatment, it does not react with NMP.
6. Depending on the specific application environment, you can choose a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating.
