Our company uses ceramic coatings imported from South Korea and boasts the most advanced ceramic coating spraying line and spraying technology in China, offering customers processing services of all kinds.
Ceramic coatings have the following advantages:
1. Chemical Composition: The Korea Chemical Testing Institute conducted leaching tests on the ceramic coating for six major toxic substances—As (acrylonitrile-styrene resin), Cd (cadmium), Cr6+ (chromium green), Pb (lead), Cu (flame retardant), and Hg (mercury). The test results showed that none of these substances were detected in the leachate—a level unattainable by similar products.
2. FDA Certification: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration conducted safety tests on the chemical composition of 64 constituent substances in ceramic coatings and found no toxic substances or heavy metals whatsoever. Furthermore, the ceramic coating material has obtained FDA product certification as a new material.
3. Antibacterial Resistance: Utilizing advanced negative-ion technology, the product emits negative ions that effectively inhibit the growth of mold and bacteria, achieving an antibacterial efficacy rate of 9.9%. It resists adhesion of contaminants, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene for long-lasting use.
4. Acid Resistance: After being boiled in acetic acid for 24 hours, the non-stick performance and adhesion remain unchanged.
5. Alkali Resistance: After continuous boiling in water for 72 hours and in 10% saltwater for 24 hours, the hardness and non-stick performance showed slight changes but fully recovered afterward. This also effectively prevents phenomena such as powdering, flaking, bubbling, and the formation of small pores.
6. Non-stick property: After being heated at temperatures between 320°C and 360°C, the surface maintains its non-stick performance. Using a 3M steel wool pad with a force of approximately 1.5 kg, scrub the surface 70 times, then test by frying an egg at 170°C. With the use of cooking oil, the non-stick performance is fully restored.
7. High-temperature resistance: The coating remains intact and does not char or deform when used continuously at temperatures above 500℃. Even after repeated washing and heating during cooking, the coating does not peel off, and its adhesion is excellent.
8. High Hardness: Even when using metal cookware, it’s resistant to scratches. According to the international pencil hardness test, its hardness reaches: 8-9H.
9. Infrared Radiation: When the infrared radiation reaches a temperature of 200 degrees, its heat radiation efficiency is 90.7%. During cooking, the coating emits abundant infrared rays, enabling simultaneous heating of both the inside and outside of food, thereby reducing cooking time and enhancing flavor. This represents a 2-percentage-point improvement over other similar products.
10. Waterproof Performance: During frying, stir-frying, and baking, the ceramic coating repels cooking oil, achieving near-waterproof performance. As a result, it does not absorb cooking oil or protein components from food, thereby preserving the nutritional value of the food.
11. High Wear Resistance: According to test results from the Tokyo Food Hygiene Association & Tokyo Food Technology Research Institute, a Japanese incorporated association, when used at 200±5℃ with a weight of 280±20 grams and subjected to testing using metal tools at a frequency of 40 cycles per minute, this product demonstrated a wear resistance of 35,000 cycles—far surpassing that of other similar products.
12. Adhesion: Coating tackiness test (1m cross-cut): The cut areas show no damage and exhibit significant non-stick properties.
