This equipment can be used to coat zinc, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and other metallic materials onto any surface. It also supports coating processes for non-metallic surfaces. The machine is mobile, easy and safe to operate, and its working range can extend up to 100 meters.

The high-speed arc spraying machine is a high-efficiency, low-energy-consumption, advanced technology product developed by our company. It uses an electric arc as its heat source to melt metal wires, then atomizes and cools them with compressed air, turning the metal wires into fine particles that are sprayed at high speed onto the surface of pre-treated workpieces, thereby achieving an ideal coating.
