Features of Portable Zinc-Spraying and Aluminum-Spraying Machines  

 

Power supply:
 

1 Thyristor rectifier power supply. The power supplier has many years of experience in manufacturing power supplies for arc spraying machines and has been providing equipment power support year after year to thermal spray equipment manufacturers in Shanghai, Beijing, and other regions. The power supplies are stable, reliable, and exhibit excellent continuous-operation performance.

2. Lightweight and compact. While maintaining strength, it minimizes volume and weight to the greatest extent possible, making it lightweight and highly flexible.

3, Unique power-saving mode: The power supply enters sleep mode, and the operating mode adjusts automatically, maximizing energy savings while ensuring efficient heat dissipation.

4. Dust-proof design. A unique structural isolation effectively prevents dust accumulation from causing equipment failures in the power supply.

5, High-frequency arc-starting design. Specifically designed to address the issue of difficult arc initiation on zinc-aluminum wires caused by oxide films, this high-frequency arc-starting technology completely resolves the problem of poor arc initiation for certain wire materials.
 

Machine delivery mechanism:

1. Push-and-pull dual-purpose wire feeder. By making improvements to the traditional push-feed mechanism, it can be effectively used for push-feed spraying and is also compatible with pull-feed gun spraying mode—making it a dual-purpose device.

2. Synchronized wire feed adjustment. The degree of synchronization between the wire feeds on the left and right sides can be adjusted and displayed via current indicators, thereby preventing the unsynchronized feeding that often occurs with conventional wire feeders due to the lack of a reference for left-right feed adjustment.

3, Work efficiency adjustment. The wire-feed motor voltage corresponds to the wire-feed rate, which in turn corresponds to the spraying efficiency. By referring to the accompanying table, you can precisely adjust the spraying efficiency.

4. Unique and versatile wire-feed spool design. It can accommodate both traditional standard spools of wire for thermal spraying and also seamlessly supports standard loose wire, eliminating the need for winding loose wire onto spools and significantly boosting work efficiency.

5, Dual-purpose wire feed tube. The wire feed hose comes in two configurations: one with an internal steel pipe and another with a PTFE tube, accommodating both hard and soft wires. This design minimizes the friction coefficient of the wire feed tube, thereby maximizing the smoothness of wire feeding.

Spray gun:

1. The unique Laval principle. The interior of the spray gun is designed based on the Laval nozzle principle, significantly increasing the particle flight velocity—some particles can even achieve supersonic speeds.

2. Multi-function nozzle. Each gun can be equipped with three types of nozzles to enable conventional spraying, supersonic spraying, and ultra-fine atomization spraying.

3, Human-centered design: The gun handle is equipped with a spray switch, and the gun body features an intake valve, enabling adjustable operation and on-demand spraying at any time, significantly enhancing environmental adaptability.

4. Anti-sticking performance: The nozzle is made of high-temperature-resistant, anti-sticking ceramic, and the gun body is coated with a special Teflon anti-sticking layer, effectively preventing adhesion and contamination of the spray gun caused by sprayed particles and external impurities.
