This equipment can apply zinc, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and other metallic materials onto any surface. It offers a versatile coating process for non-metallic surfaces, supports mobile operations, and ensures safe and convenient handling. Its working range can extend up to 100 meters.

The metal wire spray coating machine is a high-efficiency, low-energy-consumption, high-tech product developed by our company. It uses an electric arc generated by electricity as its heat source to melt metal wires, then atomizes and cools them with compressed air, transforming the metal wires into fine particles that are rapidly sprayed onto the pre-treated surface of the workpiece, thereby achieving an ideal coating.
