     The imported SG-100 plasma torch is an 80-kW multipurpose torch suitable for a wide range of applications. Whether you’re engaged in high-quality, uniform, and repeatable coating production for large-scale manufacturing or need fast, flexible small-batch production, this torch delivers outstanding performance. SG-100 Plasma Torch Both offer unparalleled versatility.    

The unique design of the SG-100 plasma torch enables it to use either internal or external powder feeding. Internal powder feeding ensures that particles are delivered to the location with the highest energy density in the plasma jet, thereby maximizing energy transfer and particle velocity. The combination of these two factors results in the highest coating deposition efficiency.

The two internal powder feed ports of the SG-100 plasma torch can be used independently, or simultaneously to achieve a high spraying rate. They can also be used to mix different materials within the plasma jet.

An alternative option is the external powder feed system. The external powder feed nozzle can replace the internal powder feed nozzle or be used in combination with it. Whether using internal or external powder feed, numerous incident angles can be achieved. The combination of dual internal powder feed and external powder feed makes the SG-100 plasma torch one of the most versatile and effective plasma spraying devices available.

       The SG-100 plasma torch can use a variety of gases, including argon, nitrogen, helium, and hydrogen. Using helium as the secondary gas can significantly extend the lifespan of spare parts and reduce operational and assembly costs. On average, a single set of hardware can operate continuously for 200 to 300 hours. Due to... Under specific operating conditions, components of the SG100 plasma torch can last up to three times longer than those of other torches. Considering its relatively low cost of consumables, ease of maintenance, and exceptionally long service life of key components, the SG-100 plasma torch is an economically viable and high-quality spraying tool.
