Malaysian company GME has purchased a plasma equipment coating production line from Guangzhou Sanxin, among others.

Technical staff from Guangzhou Sanxin Company visited customers in Johor, Malaysia. Malaysia’s GME Company has purchased plasma equipment, soundproof booths, robots, sandblasting machines, and other coating production lines from Guangzhou Sanxin, which are used to apply high-temperature and corrosion-resistant ceramic coatings via thermal spraying onto carbon plates, graphite plates, and carbon fiber materials.

SX-1000 Supersonic Arc Equipment—Spraying Device for Flue Gas Treatment at a Power Plant, Customer’s Factory in Fujian

Guangzhou Sanxin Company’s four sets of SX-1000 supersonic arc equipment and four robotic systems are being used at a customer’s factory in Fujian to coat flue gas treatment devices for power plants, enabling the completion of over 5,000 square meters of coating area per day.

Guangzhou Sanxin Company’s subsidiary equipment, including the SX-80 model, as well as a complete coating production line featuring soundproof booths and dust collectors, were used to apply aerospace coatings at the customer’s site in Beijing.

Flexseal Company procures SX-80 plasma equipment and supersonic arc equipment.

Technical staff from Guangzhou Sanxin Company visited a customer in Malaysia. The customer, Flexseal, has purchased Guangzhou Sanxin’s SX-80 plasma equipment and supersonic arc equipment to establish a new thermal spraying center, which will be used for coating applications and mechanical repair and remanufacturing in industries such as food processing, oil refining, and pump manufacturing. The technical staff are planning the layout of soundproofing booth equipment at Flexseal’s new factory and new thermal spraying center, discussing on-site arrangements for water, electricity, and gas supply, reviewing production process flows, and finalizing installation and commissioning procedures.
