Guangzhou Sanxin Company’s SX-60 plasma equipment and robotic arm have been shipped to Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, for applying wear-resistant, corrosion-proof, and oxidation-resistant chromium ceramic coatings onto various mechanical sealing rings and sealing covers.

Sanxin applies ceramic wear-resistant coatings to the inner walls of mine equipment tanks using plasma arc spraying equipment in Baotou, Inner Mongolia.

Guangzhou Sanxin plasma and arc-spray equipment has been shipped all the way to Baotou, Inner Mongolia, where it’s being deployed at Zijin Mining to apply a ceramic wear- and corrosion-resistant coating onto the inner walls of mine equipment tanks—replacing Teflon coatings and extending the service life by more than tenfold.

The turnkey project system for the Guangzhou Sanxin plasma spraying production line includes a complete set of plasma spraying equipment, an intelligent spraying booth, a spraying robotic arm, and a spraying rotary table, all delivered to the customer’s site in Jiaxing, Zhejiang.

The SX-80 plasma equipment production line has passed acceptance testing at North China Electric Power University.

The SX-80 plasma spraying equipment, along with robots, rotary tables, intelligent soundproof spraying cabins, and mobile dust collectors—all part of a comprehensive thermal spraying laboratory system—developed by Guangzhou Sanxin Company, has successfully passed acceptance testing at the Hydrogen Engine Laboratory of the Hydrogen Energy Specialty at North China Electric Power University. This system is being used to spray various electrode mesh samples for electrolyzers.
