The spray rotating turntable is placed on a mobile parallel conveyor. The products to be sprayed are mounted on spray fixtures located on the mobile parallel conveyor. The cart automatically slides and moves via remote control to the designated spraying station, which includes the sandblasting room and soundproofing room, where the spraying process can then begin. Once spraying is complete, the cart automatically exits the station, allowing the sprayed workpieces to be unloaded without the need for manual lifting or handling.

A sandblasting machine is a type of machinery that uses air pressure to propel various abrasives—such as silica sand, copper slag, and iron sand—onto metal surfaces. Fully automatic dust-absorbing and environmentally friendly sandblasting equipment

The series of environmentally friendly, automatically circulating sandblasting machines is divided into two models—electric and fully pneumatic—based on the different power sources used to recover abrasive materials. The electric series uses a vacuum pump to create negative pressure, thereby recovering both sand particles and dust. Within the equipment, sand and dust are automatically separated. The fully intact sand grains after processing are then continuously recycled for further use. Throughout the entire operation, all processes—including sandblasting, sand recovery, sand-dust separation, sand circulation, and dust filtration—are performed automatically, ensuring that the working environment remains pollution-free.

This machine employs an inhalation-type sandblasting process: compressed air flows at high speed through the spray gun, creating a negative pressure that generates an induction effect. This suction draws abrasive material from the cyclone separator’s storage tank into the spray gun via a flexible hose. The abrasive material is then propelled at high velocity through the nozzle along with the compressed air stream, striking the surface of the workpiece to achieve the desired sandblasting effect.
